We decided that an Duration bundle (weighed at 68lbs) would be a great test subject. We learned that it is most important to keep your back flat while engaging the core and utilizing your legs instead of your spine. You will also want to keep the bundle as close to your body as possible as opposed to stretching your arms out or having an unbalance approach as you lift the shingle bundle.
