Yelp ads for Contractors: Ex Employee telling Truth about SCAM
We don’t like scams, and neither should you
Read about it all: https://roofinginsights.com/interview-with-ex-yelp-employee/

A few weeks ago we enjoyed a phone call with an ex-Yelp employee. He had only been there for a month before calling it quits on his lunch break. It turns out that there are plenty of players in the game that are trying to capitalize on naïve small business owners, and based on this call -Yelp is no exception. We’ve been keeping our eyes and ears open to the feedback about Yelp from various sources over the last few years, and to be frank this call served us no surprise. There are so many businesses that have a Yelp presence simply from the positive feedback that previous clientele have left them. The minute that a small business claims their page, Yelp will do everything they possibly can to sign them up for a paid advertising subscription that has proven to have little to no value in return, while the business owner continues to lose valuable marketing dollars that could be well spent elsewhere.

Leave us a comment below on your experience with Yelp, and whether you’ve considered them for your business or not.

Because of the wide range of skills required to properly repair or replace a roof, most homeowners trust a roofing professional to ensure their roof underlayment is appropriate for the job, and correctly installed.
